Grapevine Fellowship - Trust in the Lord with all your heart
In light of the recent protests and events in Egypt, we have a tendency to analyse and re-analyse situations to the extent that we become confused and suffer emotional ups and downs as a result. It is at times like these that it is essential we remember that God created the world, and nothing is out of His control, whether or not we understand what is happening; and whether or not we know what will happen.
"Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding;" Proverbs:3:5Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

Grapevine Fellowship - God the Revolutionary
Recently, history has been made in that a regime in Egypt that has been in place for decades has been overthrown. Overthrown by working people who thought they could do nothing. Some thought that the actions taken in Egypt were unnecessary and some thought they’d come to nothing. The protests were started by some very unlikely heroes. Chants were started by people from all walks of life. Old people, teenagers, even children who had to be lifted up onto people’s shoulders to be seen and heard.

Grapevine Fellowship - Humble in Prayer
His Grace speaks about how essential prayer is to us, and that we often neglect it, thinking it is insignificant, or a tool only used in emergencies. He emphasises the importance of taking time to reflect and pray and speaks of the need to humble ourselves before the Lord. We are often become overwhelmed when confronted with too many options and choices, so we need to sit before the Lord, wait patiently with confidence and humility and seek His guidance.
