The Coptic Orthodox Church Centre in the UK holds a Memorial Service for victims of the Alexandria bombings in Egypt, Sunday 8th January 2pm.

Transcript of the address by His Grace Bishop Angaelos, General Bishop of the Coptic Orthodox Church in the United Kingdom, on Sunday January 9, 2011 in the Coptic Cathedral of Saint George, at the memorial service for those who lost their lives in the bombing of the Church of Saints Mark and Peter in Alexandria, Egypt on January 1, 2011.

My dear friends,

Grace and peace to you from our Lord Jesus Christ.

I would like to remind you about the day of prayer for Christians in Egypt to be held this Saturday 29 January, 2011. The day, which will be held at St Mary’s Church Bryanston Square, London, W1H 1PQ (click here for map ), is an introduction to a year dedicated by our dear and faithful friends at Christian Solidarity Worldwide to Christians in Egypt.
